Is the photo estimate really free?
Yes. Send clear photos and your address, and we will prepare an initial estimate at no cost. A site check may be needed before final confirmation on complex properties.
Do I need to measure my roofline?
No. Photos and the property address are normally enough for an initial estimate. We handle measurement and material calculations.
Can you install lights I already own?
Yes, as a limited labor-only service for clean, tested, outdoor-rated lights and clips on simple ladder-accessible one-story rooflines. Pricing starts at $349 for installation only or $449 with January removal for up to 75 ft; additional eligible footage starts at $3.25/ft install-only or $4.25/ft with removal. Customer-owned lights, cords, clips, timers, outlets, and electrical performance are not warrantied, and service calls related to customer-owned equipment are billed at an $85 minimum plus materials. Unsafe, damaged, incomplete, tangled, or unsuitable systems may be declined.
What does full service include?
Design, commercial-grade or project-appropriate lighting materials, installation, reasonable maintenance during the season, and removal. Optional storage may be quoted separately.
How do I reserve a date?
After you approve the estimate, a 40% deposit reserves the installation date. Remaining payment terms will be shown clearly on the final quote.
Where do you work?
Illuminated is based in Waco, Texas, and serves Waco and surrounding Central Texas communities. Travel availability depends on the project.
